The customer was available and i just asked &#8221; what is missing to sign the contract today?&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Tradu\u00e7\u00e3o\"><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">It is also an excellent occasion for customer care contacts &#8211; always with customer experience as a priority. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Tradu\u00e7\u00e3o\"><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">10 effective tips to sell by the end of the month<\/span><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">Call your top 10 customers &#8211; are they satisfied? Can we sell anything else?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">Contact the prospects in the pipeline under &#8220;negotiation&#8221; since January &#8211; contact them all as a priority action: what is missing to decide? <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">Call all customers with closed sales this year &#8211; Can we do upsell? <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">Dedicate the morning to contact any deals pending, since January <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">Contact prospects you have not reached out to, over the past 3 months. Give them something special.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">During the days that are left, start scheduling meetings for the next month <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">Not less important, lead the agenda &#8211; ask what prevents the potential client from deciding today? What is missing? <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">Use sense of urgency. &#8220;What&#8217;s the impact on your business of postponing a decision again?&#8221;; &#8220;The price changes in May&#8221;; &#8220;The stock is gone&#8221;; Be creative. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">And when you can contact again &#8211; set day and time <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"0\">Do you have a meeting close to that customer &#8220;difficult to find&#8221;?
